When setting online meetings, please be considerate of time differences between countries

This year's event will include participants from many different time zones.
The schedule for the online meeting sessions is centred around daytime in Japan but meeting slots from 06:00 to 23:00 JST ensure that meetings between people with large time differences can be scheduled. During registration and later on your meetings page, you can set the time display to your local time. However, keep time differences in mind when setting your availability for online meetings and please be considerate of your counterpart's time zone when setting the meeting time.
If you cannot request a meeting with someone, please consider extending your availability. If that doesn't solve the issue, please contact the organiser.

なお、登録時やご自身のMeetingページでは、時間表示をお相手の現地時間に設定することができますので、ご参考になさってください。

また、ミーティングご希望の方とのリクエスト送受信が上手くいかない場合にはメッセージ機能を利用してお互いのミーティング可能時間の設定後、リクエスト送受信のご検討をお願いします。ご不明な点等ございましたら主催者までご連絡ください。
